Allergy Therapeutics employs over 500 staff at our UK Head Office and our overseas sites.
Located in the seaside town of Worthing, West Sussex, our UK headquarters are spread across three buildings and provide a base for over 250 employees. Their work covers every department of the business and the site offers numerous exciting and unique opportunities in a variety of career areas. Worthing is close to the picturesque South Downs National Park and there are excellent rail links to London, Brighton and Gatwick Airport.
Our second largest employee group is based at our bright, open and modern offices in Munich. This inviting and friendly facility has a beautiful roof terrace and a relaxed dress code. Home to our biggest distribution centre, Munich is known as the ‘Green City’ and is full of large parks and garden. It is also close to the Alps for those who love hiking and skiing.
Our growing Spanish business offers exciting career opportunities at two separate locations. Our manufacturing site in Alcalá de Henares near Madrid produces bulk and named patient vaccines and is also a licensed microbiology diagnostic centre. The town itself boasts one of the most prestigious universities in Spain and is also the birthplace of the illustrious Miguel de Cervantes, author of ‘Don Quixote.’ Our Spanish Headquarters are located in Esplugues de Llobregat, near Barcelona – a modern city that has preserved its cultural and historical identity. The facility offers a broad range of career choices within our Marketing, HR, Clinical and Medical divisions.
Our Italian office is in Milan city centre, the most international and cosmopolitan area of Italy. It’s not a manufacturing site, focusing instead on areas such as Science and Business Support. Milan itself is situated in the north of the country, one hour from the mountains and one hour from the sea.
A subsidiary of our German office, the small and close-knit Austrian team is based in Vienna. This beautiful federal capital regularly tops the worldwide rankings for quality of life. It has affordable, reliable public transport and is renowned for its museums, palaces and parks. It also has a strong cultural and classical music scene and a regular programme of public events.
Idyllically situated near a small lake, our Greifensee site is close to Zurich and connected to the country’s best public transport network. Its main function is to manage the storage and distribution of our products. The site offers significant opportunities to multi-task and learn about all facets of the distribution chain.
A leader in the grass and tree market, our Dutch site is run by a small team based in the centre of Holland at Amersfoort, which is famous for its windmills and tulips. With a friendly, open culture and a client-focused approach, the team’s hands-on mentality is built on trust, listening and entrepreneurship.
We currently have a small number of home-based Clinical Operations staff in the US, but there are plans for more roles as we expand further into the American market.
