To achieve our vision and fulfil our mission, we develop treatments that are as convenient as they are effective. Many patients and their healthcare providers find current medications are difficult to administer and adhere to.
According to studies into the compliance of allergen immunotherapy treatments, a major cause of non-compliance was inconvenience. Some treatments involve a long course of injections. Short course injected treatments and oral treatments that are able to be used at home by the patient without going to a physician’s clinic are thought to improve this.
